By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the "website") you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the Privacy Policy).

The website user/ client agrees to be bound with these terms and conditions of use. In all places the term applicant means you, the user and/or the registered student. 

The applicant has approached us out of his/her own free will. 

All documents and information for applying to education institutes will be provided by the applicant. The applicant agrees that a decision taken on his/her file by the education institute officials shall be based upon the documents and information provided and submitted by the applicant. 

The applicant will be fully responsible for the authenticity of all documents and information contained therein and agrees not to provide any false / fake document or information and that all information is easily and readily verifiable by one and all.  

The applicant confirms no guarantee, warranty, assurance of any type has been given to him/her by us.  

We shall act as your consultant to help you based upon your information & documents you provide and your requests to use our services. We do not warranty/guarantee any results or the outcome of any action and/or application. 

The Applicant agrees that Target Study Abroad is not liable to him/her and/or any other person/party for any delay in processing or rejection of the application or for anything else what-so-ever. We shall also not be responsible for changes in Laws and/or policies while this process is in progress. 

In no event shall Target Study Abroad be liable to the applicant or any other party on his/her behalf for any Damages, Loss(es), claims what-so-ever, or any consequential damages, direct or indirect, claims or any losses including, without limitation, claims or damages for loss of income or salary or job, loss of education, feeling of dejection or depression, loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of information, or any other losses or damages or claims, even if Target Study Abroad had been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses or claims. 

The applicant hereby also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, Target Study Abroad and its officers and employees, its owners and other such people associated with the working of Target Study Abroad, directly or indirectly, from any and all such claims or losses or damages what-so-ever and to indemnify and to defend Target Study Abroad from and against any and all claims or lawsuits or damages, including without limitation, court and attorney’s fees, that may arise or result from his/her application. 

The entire risk as to the consultation provided by Target Study Abroad or to be provided by Target Study Abroad or arising out of the use of the services of Target Study Abroad remains solely with the applicant. To the maximum extent possible, Target Study Abroad provides its services “as is” and hereby disclaims all warranties, assurance and/or guarantees, whether expressed, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to, implied guarantees or accuracy of result or completeness of response, with regards to any application or towards the services provided by Target Study Abroad or to be provided by Target Study Abroad 

Target Study Abroad is a service provider. No partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, franchiser-franchisee or any such relationship is intended or created between us.

Any dispute will be a matter of arbitration. The Arbitrator selected & appointed by Target Study Abroad shall be fully acceptable to the applicant. 

The applicant hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi/New Delhi and the venue of Courts/Tribunals of Delhi/New Delhi in all disputes or as deemed suitable and appropriate by Target Study Abroad.

Target Study Abroad reserves the right to withdraw from the processing of applicant’s work by giving written intimation in advance, without any liability towards us. The registration deposit and any expenses incurred by Target Study Abroad and/or any charges/fee paid by us on behalf of the applicant will not be refunded. However, other refunds due, if any, will be made as soon as possible.

These terms & conditions may be updated from time to time in the best interest of everyone.
